Causes of Injuries.......

 Knee  pain can  occur  at all ages.  This  pain  can be  due to injury, arthritis or  any other reason.  Parole  in the forties  tends to be  more bone loss.  Most  patients  bring knee  pain  due to osteoporosis.  This  problem is  more  common in  women than men.  When  women  reach the age of 45, that is,  when the  period is closed, the  incidence increases.  However,  those who are  suffering from such  pain,  they will get  good  benefits  if they do the  right  treatment and  some  special  exercises.

                          









 What  causes knee  pain?

 Causes of Injuries: Ligaments and meniscus, tendon injuries,  and even  broken bones.  Patella  may  become dislocated and  cause  pain.


 Osteoarthritis or arthritis.

 Osteoporosis or bone loss.

 Rheumatoid arthritis.

 Joint infections.

 Sometimes  there is  pain  in the waist or  below the ankles,  but that  pain  can be felt  in the knees.


 Treatment of knee  pain

 Treatment is prescribed  according to the  problem.  If the knee is swollen,  reduce the swelling.  If the knee temperature is  high, ice  can be given if the ice and temperature are  normal.  Muscle Strengthening and Stretching Exercises — Increasing Knee Strength and Range of Movement  The  main  treatment for caries  problems is to  stop the caries.


 The  patient has to  follow  some  advice  throughout his life.  For example,  if you have diabetes,  keep it  under control, lose weight, use a  high commode or toilet, do  not kneel down,  exercise  regularly as directed  by a doctor.


 And  if you have swollen knees, you  should  reduce your  walking and take  full  rest and  seek  medical help.


 Exercise for knee  pain


 There are  some  benefits to doing  special  exercises for knee  pain.  These  exercises  should be  done  at least 2- 3  times  throughout the day, 5-10  times  each time.  However,  good  exercise for knee  pain is swimming.  This  puts  less  pressure  on the joint,  but tightens the  muscles.


 Keep  both legs  straight with  both knees  straight.  Stay like this for 10 seconds.  Then  rest your legs in a  normal position.  Do the  exercise 5-10  times.  You can  do this  exercise  while  lying down or sitting or  in the office.


 Fold the towel  under your knees and lie down for 10 seconds  with your legs stretched out.  Then  rest your  feet from the  same position.  Exercise 5-10  times  in this manner.


 Stand with  both  hands  on the  back of the chair.  Bend the  right knee  once and the left knee  the next time.  Do this  exercise 5-10  times.


 Resistance


 Walk  regularly.


 Keep  body weight  under control.


 Eat  adequate vitamins, minerals and fiber.


 You  have to  warm up  before the game.  Players  need  to strengthen the  muscles  around the knees.


 Knee  pain  can be cured  through  regular  light  exercise and  proper  treatment.
