lose weight....
Many people think that food is always the same in terms of weight loss. Regular intake of certain amount of calories does not matter when you are eating. But, nutrition has changed a lot now. A recent study found that eating at the beginning of the day is more effective for weight loss. Eating at the end of the day can be a barrier to weight loss.
Just think how many times you have eaten food like biscuits and chips to keep your eyes on the TV screen at night. Eating more sugary and fatty foods in the evening or at night is not something new if you don't have work on hand.
According to nutritionists, those who eat at the beginning of the day are satiated and less hungry when the afternoon comes. As a result, the tendency to eat packets of chips and biscuits or ice cream unnecessarily decreases.
One study found that the metabolism of calories in the human body at the beginning of the day and at the end of the day is completely different.
We have a kind of clock in our brain called the ' biological clock'. This 24-hour clock acts as an influencer of light, which tells the time in different parts of the body. This watch helps our body digest calories, sugars and fats. Because it takes longer to digest food in the middle of the night, eating habits at that time can be an obstacle to weight loss.
A study was conducted in 2015 in this regard. It was attended by 420 people who are overweight and obese. They are divided into two groups. One group eats at the beginning of the day, the other group at the end of the day. The first group eats lunch before 3 pm, the second group eats lunch after 3 pm. Also, the second group ate a low-calorie breakfast than the first group or did not eat at all.
At the end of the 20-week study, the second group of people lost less weight than the first group. The first and second groups lost an average of 22 pounds and 16 pounds, respectively. In addition, the weight loss rate of the second group was also slow. However, both groups consumed about 1, 400 calories per day and an equal amount of meat, fat and sugar.
Studies show that our body's biological clock regulates the absorption, metabolism and digestion of calories. Its speed is lower at 8 pm than at 8 am.
So if you want to lose weight, you should make a habit of taking more calories at the beginning of the day. Breakfast should not be skipped at all. The amount of food you eat at night, the amount of food should be eaten at noon. Then, make it a habit to eat half of what you ate at dinner. With that, skip eating sugar at night.
Those who work night shifts can also benefit in this way. Since they sleep in the morning, they can eat the heavy meal of the day from 3 to 4 in the afternoon. And after work you can have a light breakfast after 7 pm.
To build this habit on a regular basis, you can set alarms on your smartphone and focus on other things to avoid eating unnecessar
